Why we started

One school, three systems that did not talk.

The first version of Skoolbeez was an attendance tool for a single secondary school. The clerks were keying the same student names into an attendance book, a fee spreadsheet and a library ledger.

We fixed attendance first, then the fee book, then the library. Each one shipped as its own product because schools buy that way. The shared student record came next, and Skoolbeez SSO followed once schools were running three products at once. The same shape holds wherever a school is: the terms, grade bands and report formats are configuration, not a rewrite.
